Arrived without an appointment on a Saturday morning with 2 tires to be mounted on rims. Did not expect nor did I ask for instant service. They got me in and out within 45 minutes! WOW!!! Great service. While I was there I browsed in their retail section. Nice selection of normal service parts, brake pads, oils, helmets, etc. Will be using Busted Knuckle in Newton, NC for future services. 100 times better customer service than Blue Ridge Harley-Davidson in Hickory, NC.
